Don't laugh! tongue.gif

So I've got one bruised nipple, and one sore nipple, courtesy of a rather passionate boyfriend. The bruised one doesn't hurt at all, but the other is quite sore if it gets bumped etc. Any suggestions? I've been using a Vitamin E lotion and I know it'll go away, but I'll take anything that relieves it a little.

Arnica?

I've never heard of it, but I'll look it up.

What about a breastfeeding cream like marcalan or lanisoh?

Edited to add: hope it was fun;)

Might be worth a look; I've never breastfeed (childless!) so its all a bit new to me.

And yes, it was worth every minute biggrin.gif

Sorry, but - laughing2.gif

I thought for sure this was in the breastfeeding section! My little one latched on just on the edge of the nipple one time in the early days, it was awful and I had a small 'hickey'.

I didn't do anything and it went away in a few days. I would think just treat it like a bruise - for which I think arnica is recommended.

Hope the pain goes soon and that it was worth it! happy.gif

Seems to have settled, so I wont be running out to buy anything, but will keep suggestions in mind for future reference. However, BF has been warned to be more gentle next time rolleyes.gif
