Hi,
Is it easy to make chocolate shortbread, can you add choc chips, or nuts, or does that change it? Do you know whA quantities need to be added? Thanks |

Thanks These: http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/21347/choc...hortbread+stars look good, the recipe is similar to what I use for normal shortbread but with the cocoa replacing some flour. I am making cranberry and white chocolate shortbread soon so you can definitely add choc chips and nuts. I would do: 250g Butter 1 cup icing sugar 2 Cups flour 1/2 cup cornflour 1/2 cup nuts or dried fruit 100g chocolate And if you wanted to make the actual dough chocolate replace about 1/4 cup of flour with cocoa |

Also shortbread made as normal then cut into stars, place 1/2 tsp of fruit mince between the stars, brush tops with milk and bake
