Me too! What I'd really like to see is frozen pumpkin, peeled and cut into roastable portions. That would be so good.

I buy diced onion from a f&v supplier for $10 for 5 kg. Then I split it into ziplock bags and freeze. It is brilliant and a really cheap way of getting the convenience

Got sick of buying onions and peeling back the layers and finding that it was rotten - grrrr!!!

Our Woolies has frozen pumpkin (peeled and in pretty good portions) as well as Frozen Mushrooms! I Love it!
