I have had a few friends tell me that their dh thinks I'm hot, in fact ones dh tells me himself rolleyes.gif . now apart now knowing that they have very strange taste in women, it makes me feel really uncomfortable when I see them at events. it happened again tonight and it got me thinking, would you want to know or would you rather your friend or the dh kept that thought to themselves?

I wouldn't mind. Unfortunately nobody has ever, ever described me as 'hot'. I am, apparently, 'nice'.

"She seems nice."

Gee. Thanks.

No. I would be uncomfortable with it. I'd rather they kept it to themselves, but also find it odd that their partners/husbands tell them!

A friend of mine once told us she wanted us to think her boyfriends were hot but, apart from feeling weird about that, it was totally impossible because we all have such different taste in men! None of her boyfriends were ever 'hot' to any of us. Her fiance is lovely and they really suit each other but I don't think he's hot at all.

I would be very surprised if any of my friend's spouses found me hot at the moment though, and it doesn't bother me. I only wish to remain 'hot' in DPs eyes original.gif
