My daughter wants a iPod touch so she can FaceTime her friends but I am thinking an iPad mini would be a better option? What are your opinions if you have both? She is 10 yoThanks original.gif

My 10yo is getting an ipad mini, my 6 yo is getting a touch. We have already bought the mini and had a sneaky look and it looks great so I would probably say the mini

We have all iDevices in this house and I would say the iPad Mini if you have the money. The iPod touch I think is a tad small. The iPad, although a great machine to use, is a little to big for little hands. The iPad Mini seems just about the right size due to weight. It's half the weight of a regular iPad but the screen isn't half the size. DH has replaced his iPad2 with the iPad mini and is loving it for work.
