I've always used top sheets on mine and the kids bed as that's what my mother always did, but I'm considering ditching them. They get all tangled and making beds is a PITA job that I hate. Would be so much easier to just throw the doona on top! Woohoo bed made!

Changing the doona cover weekly doesn't bother me as I do anyway, for no other reason than I like to mix it up each week. ph34r.gif

So do you use top sheets?

DH and I do. The kids don't. It was too hard for them to make their bed with it. I do wash their doona at least fortnightly though.

Never have, probably never will...what a pita lol. Having said that, our guest bed always has a top sheet, coz it's more civilized and all that jazz Tounge1.gif

DH and I do. Kids use the Gro Stay on Bedding, so there is no top sheet.... The Doona is Zippered onto the bottom sheet.

Yes. I love sliding between fresh sheets. In summer I will often kick off the doona and just have the sheet over me (or have part doona/part sheet over me)

It's usually too hot to have the doona on in summer so I use a top sheet so we have something to put over us. I can't sleep uncovered.

Yes, because I love just having the sheet on rather than the doona. My in laws don't use a top sheet and swear by it though.
