 iTunes problem, Would love some help please!! |

Hello to all! I am at a complete loss! I am able to log into my iTunes account but then once I get to the details screen it doesn't look right and then when I click on redeem gift card option, or any opttion really, I get this message... 'We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error has occurred (-1202). There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.' Can anyone shed some light on what I am doing wrong!? Cheers! Liana
