I think I have some type of food issue. I never eat breakfast, rarely can stomach lunch, and only eat dinner if I'm making it for the family (which is most nights, but sometimes half of them are out, and the others have noodles or spaghetti on toast so I don't bother)
I do snack at night when I study or watch TV.
But, yesterday I was feeling kinda ick, so I thought about what I'd eaten, and in three days I had eaten; one bread size pizza, half a chicken sandwich, a bowl of noodles, a half a bag of chips and two chocolate bars.
Does anyone have similar issues? I just don't get hungry, and I usually feel my best at the furthest time after a meal before the next one. I usually feel tired and unmotivated after eating. How can I up my appetite?

I was like this (and still am to a degree). I had an allergy test and it turns out I have a sensitivity to preservatives and additives added to processed foods. If I consume pre packaged foods I feel sluggish afterwards (even fresh bread that has 201 added does this). I try to eat mostly fresh foods but unfortunately it is hard to avoid.
Are you getting enough vitamin d?

I have to take Calcium, Vitamin D, and Magnesium every day.
Usually what I eat each day is one healthy meal that includes many vegetables, pasta/rice meat/chicken etc. That's a usual day. The example I gave above was because it's been so busy lately, that half the family are out at dinner time, and I honestly forgot about feeding myself until I felt faint. Usually cooking dinner reminds me!
