As the title says...

Well basically DH doesn't want anything fancy, one that will last a bit and has cheap replacement blades etc. He has had a Braun one for the last 10 years or so and it's been great, but time for a new one.

Any recommendations?

DF has had a Braun Series 7 for about two years now and he loves it. He gets the cleaning solution pretty cheaply on ebay.

I'm looking at the Philips AquaTouch Wet and dry (AT941) for DH at the moment. He currently has another Philips which is about 7 years old, but the battery has died on it.

The Shaver Shop currently has a 50% of sale on the model below the one I'm looking at.

I've also been advised to make sure that I don't buy the Philips shavers that are made in China which are slightly cheaper but don't last as long.

My husband has had a Phillips one for years, it's as good as when we got it. Not sure of the model sorry.

This. It's not a cordless one so he has to plug it in, but I think I bought it for him about 14 years ago, hasn't missed a beat.
