My bub is 9 weeks. He usually naps twice in the day and goes to bed between 8- 10pm, rousing between 12-1am and 3-4am for feeds and wakes between 6-8am.

For the past three days he's been sleeping a great deal still having two naps but his naps are really long.

For example today he woke at 6am and played. Then we went out, he slept from 11am till 1pm. Then again from 4 till 8pm, woke, bath, play and went to bed at 10pm. He seems to be sleeping more these few days and he isn't sick. Just get me wondering.

Is this part of a growth spurt? He still cries for milk and drinks between 90-120ml 2.5-3 hourly.

Just changes, you may find that next week we will sleep less. In the first 12 weeks I found it really did change on a daily basis. It could be a growth spurt, but unless he seems sick and is still active etc I wouldn't be to worried.
