Ok so it's not quite midnight but for the last couple nights I've been tossing & turning finding it hard to sleep. Tonight I think I've realised it's because I'm hungry! I eat a range of healthy foods during the day & drink heaps of water so I don't think I'm dehydrated. If I'm going to eat something at this time of night to get rid of the grumbly tum what do you think is the best (healthiest) easy & filling thing to have??

An hour before bed I eat 2 rice thins with cottage cheese and sometimes add tomato. If I've run out of that I eat Greek yoghurt with fruit

I usually have one or two pieces of ham just before bed and sometimes I will add a piece of cheese.

If I get the hunger attack in the middle of the night I usually reach for the cheese first and then ham or boiled eggs followed by a big glass of water. This is enough to tide me over without being too much. Yoghurt is another handy night time snack.

I've just finished off a whole bag of Aldi's TV Mix and that seems to have done the trick for me shrug.gif
