I seem to cop the very young teachers at Nunawading who often were looking around too much to know what any of the children were doing, not correcting strokes etc. In the end I stopped because I was frustrated. I'm sure not all the teachers were like this but in the last year or two it had bothered me. It costs a lot of money for a 1/2 hour class and I could feel the time (and money) slipping away. I'd be interested in Vicki Fields, especially if they have experienced teachers with proven results. My dd is very distracted in the pool so if the teacher is not paying attention, neither is she.
eta, sorry OP, you asked about toddlers, my dd is in early primary school! I'd be pretty sure they'd have their eyes on the little ones.
