if this is in the wrong section please move it.

i usually have very regular periods that start off light, get REALLY heavy by day 3 for a day and a half then light again. they last 7 days.

I got my period on the 6th of this month. 10 days early. it was light for 5 days (and light pink) then really heavy for one. (normal red) and now it's super light (but a brownish red colour) it's really only there when i wipe after going to the toilet.

I have a doctors appointment but that wont be for another 3 days.

has anyone else ever had anything like this? do i need to be overly concerned?

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I had a similar experience a few days after you

not to the bottom of it, but it ended up lasting just over three weeks, and got REALLY heavy (soaking through a pad AND tampon in an hour.

first blood test came back clear

have just had a crap load of blood tests this morning so will get results then,

ultrasound came back clear, no fibroids, or cysts etc.

took 12 tablets for 4 days and it finally stopped

although now, i have no idea when my next period is due which irks me lol

that's the usual for me - I'd rather to have light period that drags on for 2 weeks (as in my case) with only 7 days of heavy bleeding in the middle, than to have 10 days of heavy bleeding which I had before I took the pill...

If a cat doesn't like you, then what's wrong with you?
My period usually lasts a week but I had a random one that lasted over two weeks, I went to the doctor and had a blood test (after consulting with EB!) and it turned out to be a miscarriage or chemical pregnancy.
