I want to make these but I'm not sure what's the best way to make them stick. Any ideas? I'm taking them to a picnic so I don't want them to fall apart easily.

yep melted chocolate.
if you are worried about them melting, then make up some royal icing - the stuff you hold gingerbread houses together with. You can colour it too. |
