Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else is having an issue sending e-mails through Telstra this morning? I am on a Mac and both MacMail and Outlook will not send e-mails (two separate e-mail addresses). I am getting error messages with both. Have tried Telstra technical support, who were not at all helpful and then left me on hold.

Just trying to work out if it is me, or Telstra causing the problem.

Thanks!

No problems but I don't use my bigpond address. I use my Mac address. It would go through the big pond server though.

Providing the error messages is usually helpful when trying to diagnose the problem.

I definitely did give the guy that, he seemed to freak out when I mentioned I was on a Mac and put me through to another department that never connected unsure.gif

Anyway, all back up and running again. Must have been a temporary glitch!

Thanks.
