I recently got a Tefal steamer and I'm not sure what to make in it.
So, what are your favourite steamer recipes? |

The only things I make in steamers are wontons. I buy the wrappers, usually in the same section as the fresh pasta (they come in a little pack). I make pork ones with pork mince, shallots, ginger, garlic, pepper, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce You cam put anything in them really, you can make chicken ones, prawn ones, chicken and prawn. I sometime lightly shalow fry some afterwards too. They only need a few minutes in the steamer.
