Do you have the Apple USB cord that connects to the PC?
If you do plug it in - if you have a box pop up on screen asking what you want it to do click the option "open folder", double click on folder contents to find you photos and drag and drop into a new folder on your desktop or in your photos folder. If the box doesn't open, go into My Computer / Computer in your start up menu. The computer should recognise it as an active device - double click it to open it and find your photos in one of its folders. As above, drag and drop or copy and paste into new folder. If you don't have a USB cable you can download an app called Photo Transfer App - you do need to pay for this app - there may be other free apps that do something similar. It uploads your photos to a webpage & sends you the private link, then you download them onto your computer - I don't recommend this method though it's a PITA hth |
