I love it... love it.

It doesn't even need work (I would happily live in it as is, and maybe do the bathroom in a year or two).

But the house is gorgeous.

This just depresses me that you can buy such a beautiful house for that price. I'm in Perth and I can't even get a decent house in the dodgey suburbs for that price sad.gif
