I'm going to make some meringues for christmas and was thinking about putting some silver cachous on them to look a bit more festive. I'm assuming I'd have to put them on before baking them, but will this make them go all strange? Has anyone used these or sprinkles on meringues?

Thanks original.gif

I make meringue christmas trees using both.

Put them on before you bake and they'll be fine. You're baking in low heat for a long time so there's no noticable change at all.
