I remember going to wee jasper with friends & their dogs when I was a kid, but I don't know if it's still pet friendly, or how far away it is sorry.

We stayed at Woods Reserve recently and it is fairly small but quite nice overall. There is a clean creek and wildlife in the surrounding bush.

Edit to add, thanks Flutter for the suggestion of WeeJasper it looks much nicer than Woods Reserve! I see a camping trip in my families future.
