Hi ladies,
I have a pork roast and im a bit worried about the posrk drying out as the rind doesnt cover the flesh of the roast on the top, Will this affect it drying out? I dont want to cover it as i want the crackling. I'm ok with the cooking side just worried about it drying out...it's a shoulder roast. Thanks |

Anyone? I really would prefer to start it this arvo.
i was thinking should i maybe wrap the exposed part in foil and just leave the rind uncovered? |

Na. Ive cooked pork like this and as long as you don't overcook the meat, it doesn't dry out.
