I have a stack of cold chicken and ham leftover from yesterday and there are only so many sandwiches we can eat! Au ideas for something more interesting?

I have crap loads of leftover turkey, and will be making turkey pasta bake casserole, creamy turkey pie, and turkey fettuccine. Chicken would work fine with any of these too.

Pie?
I have pea and ham soup in the slow cooker today - to be eaten at some weekend evening in the future when we get home late from wherever. The rest of the ham is in chunks in the freezer for sandwiches and quiches for the next few weeks. My husband (of American origin) said turkey burritos are great. |
