I made a apricot and almond Christmas pudding a month ago. I put the extra into a small tin and put in the fridge and promptly forgot about it.
Is it still okay to cook it or should it be ditched.
Forgot to say the fruit and nuts were in port for 3 weeks prior in the fridge

Ditch it!

Pudding lasts forever because you cook it for so long. Uncooked pudding sitting in the fridge, even heated now could make you very very sick sick.gif

I would ditch it. Uncooked eggs, sitting in the fridge for that long, would be very bad.

Cooking cakes preserves the ingredients. Sorry you have to ditch it!

Thanks everyone. I knew I should ditch it but was kind of hoping someone would say it would be fine. Lol
In the bin it goes
