How long would a cheesecake last in my fridge? We have half of a Cheesecake Shop strawberry cheesecake left over from yesterday (Xmas) which was bought in the morning. We aren't going to be able to eat what's left but we are supposed to be catching up with friends on Friday for a bbq lunch- would this cheesecake be okay for then?? I would hate to see it wasted. But that would mean it would be 3 days old and of course I won't risk it with friends!

You are repressed, but you're remarkably dressed!
We always cut our cheesecake up into pieces and freeze it. It thaws well as individual slices and lasts a while in the freezer.

Did they have a date on the box? I would be careful with a bought one.

Had a look on still tasty. Cheesecake can't get the link to behave on the ipad but it says a week in the fridge.
