Can anyone help?

When I open App Store everything is frozen.

Eta. I am techno challenged so please explain any instructions in simple, direct terms.

You might need to close and reopen the app. If you double click the home button, the apps you have open will appear at the bottom. Press and hold on the AppStore one, then press the red close button. Then go back to your home screen and open it again original.gif

Or try turning the ipad off and then back on again. That usually works for me if things free or don't open

Whenever I have difficulties with my idevices I go to the support forums in the apple website. I do a search for the prob and can usually find an answer. If all else fails I do a post. There is always someone on there who can help me.

I found this on the user forums. I had issues after the last update.

Hint that worked for me:

Go into settings and turn off automatic time/date

Change the date to about 12 months ahead

Go to App store, once open go back to setttings and turn automatic setting. back on.

I haven't had a problem since.
