I've been looking through posts and seen a few recommendations for handbag sales. I'm shocked at some of the prices as I would never pay $400plus for a bag. So how much do you pay for new bags and how many do you have? I've just counted mine and I have twenty - I'm a definite shoe and bag person!!

If I love it, then I'd pay what ever it cost. I don't really have a limit as such.
Currently have 32. That changes all the time as I sell ones I don't use and buy others. |

I would pay up to about $450 however I absolutely hate moving stuff from one handbag to the next and as such I have 3 good quality ($400ish) bags and that is it.
I use one pretty much every day, the second one is larger and perfect for travelling and the last one I use infrequently. I'd much rather one good quality, nice looking leather bag than a heap of cheapies but that is just me. |

I love good quality ones - ones that will go the distance but look stylish also. I just bought 2 bags, and they will last (in terms of style and quality) for at least 3 years plus |

I have a couple of nappy bags and one handbag.
Now that I'm not lugging newborn or formula paraphernalia around I just put everything in my handbag. I figure that because I use only the one handbag all of the time I may as well invest in a nice one At the moment mine's only a cheapie bluebird brand one, I usually budget around $200 for a handbag but will pay more for one that is perfect. |

This is me too, I buy an expensive one almost annually, but then thats my only handbag for the year and I use it every day. If I like it and know it'll suit my needs, I'll just pay whatever it costs. |

Typically around $300, the best bags I've been able to afford are Oroton, I have 2 on the go at the moment.
This year I'm getting a LV. |
