Has anyone ever bought or received a bellabox as a gift? Just wondering if they're worth buying.

I have a subscription and I love it. It's fun getting a present every month and the samples are great, usually very high quality.

I've been getting Lust Have It! boxes for the last 6 months and they are quite good too, though maybe being a SAHM makes some of the products less relevant rolleyes.gif It is nice to get that box of treats delivered every month though. I'm umming and aahing about renewing it, and will stalk this thread to see whether I should jump ship to Bellabox original.gif

I get both Lust Have It and Bellabox. Bellabox is by far the best value for money imo. As a PP said, it's fun to receive a surprise box each month and I have been introduced to some great products. I'm thinking about cancelling Lust Have It and just sticking with Bellabox.

I have both too. I got them with the intention of deciding which I liked best and couldn't decide so have kept receiving both - decision making is not a strong point!

I find Bellabox better for shampoo, cleansers, creams etc but Lust have it better for the make-up side of things. Lust have it had a shocker of a box 2 months ago but listened to feedback from its unhappy customers and seems to be back on track now. Bellabox is brilliant in their customer service - will replace things if they are missing or broken in transit etc.

You'll find lots of reviews, info on their Facebook pages.

I'm a LHI subscriber, and i've been lucky enough in the past to win a bellabox (plus i've had subscriptions to beauty box, glossybox and i love this box, which are all off the market now). I've found bellabox seems to have a focus on more natural products (and seem to do a lot of skincare based products), LHI seem to be slightly edgier, with new, upcoming, 'out there' products.

They can all have off months, to me it comes down to how they deal with it (as another PP said, LHI had a terrible month in october, they listened to comments and complaints, and whilst the last box wasn't exactly perfect, it was still a great value box. when glossybox went downhill they refused to believe it was their issue), and you can always cancel your subscription if you feel you aren't getting anything out of it

Thanks everyone. I'll be getting a subscription as a gift for one of my close friends. Feel more sure about it now that I've read your comments, and now want one for myself too original.gif

I just got my 1st Lusthaveit box and am more than happy. I needed to buy a new face scrub as mine has run out, in the box was a Pelactiv deep cleansing one worth about the price I paid for the box. DD13 wants to try the self tanner and exfoliating glove. She also claimed the Daisy perfume sample. Left me with the hairspray, hand cream and mascara.

I've been receiving Bellabox since May and I love it, such a great surprise to turn up each month. Was thinking about subscribing to Lust Have It as well. Some things aren't my cup of tea, but I feel the full size product you get each month kind of pays for itself.
