I tried it. Yes lost weight but put it all on again when ate normal (not bad) food again. I don't think weight lost from meal replacement shakes is sustainable.

They taste ok but a bit gritty.

I wouldn't bother again.

Try the CSIRO diet and up your exercise. Shakes are crap.
