Just wondering if anyone has a tried and tested good chicken larb recipe? Don't really care about authenticity so long as it tastes good

I use a David Thompson recipe. I'm not at home so can't post the recipe but google may be your friend.
It is authentic (snigger, snigger) and pretty easy if you have the ingredients on hand. |
