I defrosted pork, veal and beef mince to make meatballs today, there is waaaay too much for us to eat tonight!! If I cook all the meatballs now, can I then freeze them to reheat another time?

I'm always too scared to do it but I just defrosted and cooked mince for pasta and it is too much, you guys have given me the guts to refreeze it

Oh duh me!! I always re-freeze spag bol... Why would I think I couldn't freeze meatballs?!?! Just one of those days.... rolleyes.gif
