Hi I was just wondering if anyone out there has bought or had any experience with kids clothing from TheKidStore. It's a new kids clothing shop apparently owned by Best and Less. Having had bad experience with Best and Less clothes when coming out of the wash, I've been skeptical about their new concept. So if anyone has had any experience please do share. Thanks original.gif

I've bought a few pieces for my 3 month old and found they washed up really well. I usually hand was and then chuck them in on spin cycle in the washing machine, but also do just put them in a normal load in the machine too.
The quality is a lot better than Best and less and there are some gorgeous outfits instore

Terrible experience, maybe it was just because they're navy and pink polka dot pants. Received as a gift for Xmas and have been washed 3 times in cold. Now even when dry the colour has run onto the clothes they were folded next to. Told DH this morning I was going to throw them out now he's cranky becauser his brother gave them to DD.

Not impressed.... sad.gif

I stumbled across the Kids Store a few months ago and fell in love with their clothes! The clothes haven't been worn or washed yet so I can't tell you his they hold up but I can tell you about the conversation I had with the sales assistant. She said that the store was previously Best n Less, then when I was there it was called something else selling both B n L clothing & Kids Store clothing, then it would become the Kids Store and would only sell the Kids Store range and would not be part of Best n Less.

Thanks for your responses! Responses are a little mixed at the moment, so I guess I'll give it a go. They're pretty cheap and the quality feels better than what you would get at B&L or Cotton On Kids (for the same price range) so I guess it won't be a huge loss if they die in the wash...
Thanks original.gif

I had a look today and they look like Cotton On Kids. Quite thin fabric, probably not the most long-lasting, but they do go up to size 12, which is a bonus considering most kids clothing stores/brands don't go up that high.

Some pieces looked cute. Some looked cheap and nasty. I'd say they'd be okay for everyday wear.
