My lovely sister announced her engagement to her best friend of 10 years over christmas and they have now announced wedding dates/locations.

I now need to find family friendly accommodation for the southern gold coast ( wedding is at mudgerraba) as this isnt our usual family holiday we cant afford anywhere spectacular but dont want to end up in some dive either. Needs to fit 2 adults, 3 kids and a baby. When we have stayed on the gold coast we have always stuck to north gold coast. Anyone have any suggestions?

Tweed Heads is great! or Coolangatta = Kirra Beach you can get some great hotels/apartments down that area - and be on the freeway very quickly to get to other parts of the coast.
