Hi, this is the recipe I use for plum jam. It calls for some spices that add an interesting depth of flavour compared to your regular jam.

Basic recipe for jam is always - equal amounts (by weight) of fruit and sugar. Boil them up together until it sets when you add put a small amount on a cold plate.
