Between January 2012 and March 2012; I lost about 12kg... I need to lose around 25 - 30kg and for me, losing 12 was huge. I have never managed to lose more than 5 or 6 kg ata time and was so proud of myself. Then DH and I went on a holiday, and when we got back one of the kids was sick, then I was sick and I basically fell off the wagon in a pretty big way and never got back on. I think I have put about 8kg back on since then
. I need to get started again and this time I have two distinct advantages... I know what worked last time and I know how easy it was to lose focus and undo all the work I did. I've set my goal which I know is achievable as I've done it before (re-lose the 8kg that I put back on plus an extra 2kg by Easter... I did it once, I can do it again!) and I was thinking about joining weight watchers online, mainly for the tracking tools. However, I've been reading the reviews for the WW Android app, and it looks like it's rubbish... I don't want any excuses for not sticking to it this time and I am concerned that not being able to keep track is a problem. The my fitness pa. app however has great reviews and is free.
So is it worthwhile signing up to WW if I was only really using it for tracking, or is my fitness pal sufficient?
(excuse grammar and spelling... On my phone...)
