So I have a big bowl of left over roast duck and I want to use it for tonight's dinner.
Anyone have any good recipe suggestions? |

Risotto - with mushrooms and a splash of hoi sin (sounds weird, but it's tasty!). I usually add peas or spinach as well as the usual suspects (garlic, onion, stock, seasoning etc).

QUOTE I have no suggestions because we've never had any!! Duck has such little meat on it it's always gone!! DP bought 2 Peking ducks from the Chinese grocery, and we had it wrapped in Chinese pancakes for dinner last night. There were only 3 of us to feed so 2 ducks was overkill. I love Risotto, unfortunately DP doesn't |

I'll happily take it off your hands
Add to noodles or a stir fry. Pizza sounds tasty too! |
