My house is neat as a pin, even the playroom! Ok, I hate the lead up to house inspection day but for now, I have a sparkling house.

Yes that's the only good thing about inspections! I had one in early dec and ever since that massive clean up I've managed to keep my house tidy :-)

Yep, thats actually one of the main reasons I'm looking forward to getting our house on the market (after over 2 years of renovation!)
