Not Fiji as I am way too lefty for that.

I'd go Port Douglas personally.

Quinn Silas has arrived!
I'd choose Port Douglas too.

We took our kids to Phuket for 8 days in October. It was nice and we did what we wanted to, laze around the resort and pools but it wasn't really that exciting other than that. Though we had the plane ride home from hell and that may be clouding my judgement.

I'm sorry but I'm a bit confused.
How does a political belief in social equality impact on going to Fiji for holidays?

Phuket. We took our boys there when they were 3 and 5, and loved it.

The only one of those places I have been to is Koh Samui and we loved it. It's a great quietish spot where you can either laze on the beach/by the pool or head into town and do something a bit more active.
My brother has been to Port Douglas about 6 times and loves it.

It might be because they are currently under the rule of a military dictator????
