> How long can I keep a boiled egg in the fridge?

Hi ladies

Hey, I was just wondering, if I boil some eggs ahead of when I need to use them how long will they stay fresh for in the fridge?

Cows carrying cakes and candles.
Make sure they're put in the fridge within a couple of hours of cooking, to get them below the 5-65oC temperature danger zone and they'll last nearly a week, maybe 5 or 6 days.

They never last long in my fridge though. We boil 10 or 12 one day and there's 3 left the next...

I was going to say 2 days max.. whe we were at work if say we boiled monday morning if they weren't used by wed night they were tossed

That's what I would have thought. The same with any other protein food - meat, rice, etc.

I am a three day max for perishable foods in the fridge unless its vacuum sealed or has a best before or used by date on it.

DH on the other hand does the sniff or appearance test.

He has an iron stomach though.
