Has anyone purchased Donna Hays latest book "Fresh and Light."
Just wondering what it's like and if its worth stepping out in this heat to purchase (44 degrees today). Have you tried any of the recipes and if so what where they like? |

I got it for Xmas. Lots of recipes with Quinoa! So far I have only made 1 thing out of it - frittata.
What I like about it is that she gives a basic frittata recipe, then 6 or 7 ideas for fillings. She also gives a wholemeal pizza base with 6 or 7 ideas for toppings. They are only $15 or something at Target. Maybe worth the trip to spend some time in the air con! |
