Can you make some cannelloni? Fried rice? A nice pasta with the olives? San choi bow (?spelling lol) in lettuce cups? A pasta bake?

Stuffed chicken breasts (cheese, garlic, whatever else you think might taste good in them) - cut a slit in the breasts so it turns into kind of a pocket, stuff the stuff in, roll in herbs & bake (takes 20-30 mins). Serve with whatever vegies you have.

No suggestion at the moment but just curious if they're actually coming tonight and not tomorrow night? 8:12pm was a bit late to be thinking about what to have for dinner tonight.
If it's tomorrow I might come back with a few suggestions. |

Marinate the pork fillet in soy and sweet chilli sauce. BBQ it to sear it and then in the oven to cook it through in foil to keep it moist. Yummo.
I serve it with potato bake and salad. You could make apple sauce with your apple that needs using. |

marinated chicken cooked in oven with quartered onion, broken up celery, snow peas and caps on the bottom. Served with parmesen penne. Was yum!
