[Riotproof]

There is a huntsman spider on my bedroom wall, right near my side and about 1/3 down. Rationally, I know it won't bite me unless I provoke it, but I'm not sure I can go to sleep with it so close to my head.

What would you do?

vacum it up and seal the end of the hose and put said vacum in the shed away from the house.....

I would never be able to sleep with one in the house - i would not be able to enter the room if i knew one was there.

I have to say I have never had one jump on me while I'm sleeping, but cockroaches... you really have to get them out. There is nothing creepier than waking up from a deep sleep with a big fat festy cockroach scrabbling around your neck.

I would catch it and put it outside.
The easiest thing is just to put a plastic container over it and slide a bit of cardboard (magazine cover, etc) under and throw it down the bottom of the garden.
I don't think I could go to sleep with it in my bedroom.

He's not home! Bah! I don't want to just vacuum him up, and I just know something would go wrong with the jar trick.
