Going to try to be a bit more organised this year. I'm tossing up between using a spreadsheet or an app of some kind. Any good ones out there?
What do you use to plan your meals?

I was just using a spreadsheet, it was good because I could hyperlink recipes if they were on the internet.
A few months ago DH bought me a magnetic weekly meal planner. It sticks on the fridge and I write the meals for the week on a Sunday as well as my grocery list and shop on Monday.

It is similar to this but he bought it at Typo

I use an app called "Food Planner".

I love the fact that you can download recipes to the app, add your own if you have favourites and put them in the meal plan and sync your plan across several devices, and it generates an easy to use grocery list that we've always got with us.

It also means we've been a lot more adventurous with food as I'll sit their browsing allrecipes.com and just add anything that looks interesting. And it's saved us a good chunk of money on the grocery bills too.
