Marriage, fun? Fiddle-dee-dee. Fun for men you mean
Is it just me, or does almond extract smell like medicine? It smells foul!! I thought I'd quarter the amount (1/4tsp in a whole cheesecake) and the flavour is just revolting.

Could it be a bad bottle? FYI it's Wilton brand (clear)

Help me... Won't help my cheesecake now though sad.gif

It's just foul. No matter the recipe, I leave it out.

Oh thank god, I thought it was just me!!

I will never again use it. How it resembles almonds at all is beyond me.

It's very individual and you really need to watch quantities and proportions.

I love it in moderation.

I don't mind it. But you can't add almond flavour to everything. I wouldn't have thought a creamy dairy almondy cheesecake would be nice.

Its especially useful to augment the flavour of real almonds.
