Hi, I have an android table I bought from Kmart - audiosonic brand and I am wanting to get a case with a keyboard. Just wondering if anyone has successfully added a keyboard to their android tablet? The ones I am looking at have a USB connection. My tablet has both a mini usb port and a normal size USB port - would it matter which port I used?

Here is what I am looking at -

I just don't want to buy it and then find it doesn't work on my tablet. Should it just plug in and work or will I have to load drivers or something?

Any help appreciated.

You could probably get a bluetooth keyboard or something?

I know I have a separate keyboard for my ipad which is bluetooth, I actually bought it at Aldi of all places. Love it.

i brought a samsung galaxy tab2 the other day, the next day i brought a Kensington keyboard that looks very similiar to your one on ebay, the kensington connects via bluetooth. It was just under $100 from D8ckSmith, there was also a Belkin but it was about $20 dearer.

Proud EB Whinger! :)
I use a full size Bluetooth keyboard with my Android tablet, works like a charm, as does the Bluetooth mouse it comes with. I bought them for my laptop when its keyboard died, but it works just as well with the tablet.

thanks for your replies. I have contacted the ebay seller and he says that the case i was looking at is not compatible with my tablet so I will go and have a look at some bluetooth keyboard options.
