Just wondering what you snack on during the day between meals? Besides fruit and veggies.
Thanks original.gif

A handful of almonds, cashews and pistachio nuts. I buy the natural unsalted ones. I find these great to snack on between meals

A dozen almonds, a small handful of goji berries or some prunes.
Or I'll drink a low fat protein shake/smoothie (ie almond milk, banana, protein powder) to fill me up if I'm really hungry.

Nuts. I find a cup of tea can get me through, or a bottle of diet ginger beer (rare).

Our household has recently discovered cottage cheese and Vita Weats / crackers. I'd never been game to try it before, as it looks so yuck, but it is actually quite nice! DH's personal trainer recommended it.

DH (and occasionally I) have Vita Brits and low fat milk too, if we need a little something extra.

I make a point not to snack. If I do it's a quick way to go over my calorie allowance. I prefer to just have a bigger, healthier lunch/dinner.

From each according to his ability, to each according to his nee
Raw almonds, water crackers, veg sticks and hummus. If I am having a light lunch and dinner I have a slice of toast and honey (no butter) about threeish; it's only 100cal.
