I have a lovely friend who has offered to sell some stuff for my on ebay, as I said I didn't have time to do it at the moment, and she is currently unemployed. The plan is I would drop stuff at her house, she will photograph, list on ebay, take the post office to get a postage quote, and then monitor the ebay queries. Then if it's to be picked up, I will collect it and bring it back to my house for buyers to collect.
The plan is I will give her my paypal and ebay log-in. (I trust her completely, and we are not talking big money, maybe get $20 per item.)
Initially I suggested she get paid 20% of the price paid. But thinking again I'm not sure if that is fair. Maybe 50% is fairer?
Is there anything else I need to consider in this plan? I guess it's up to her to contact Centrelink if it ends up being a substantial amount (unlikely).
Thanks, Lisa
