Hello everyone,
Firstly i wasn't sure where to put this as it didn't seem to really "fit" anywhere and i know a lot of people come here so i might have a better chance of someone being able to shed some light.
I'm 29 with 2 children (5 & 3), i have depression (PTSD) and peripartum cardiomyopathy (DX 2009). I am currently on the pill (yasmin) and have been for the past 18+months. On oaccasion i skip my period with no ill effects. As i have been advised to have a period every 3 months, when the active pills in my current packet finished i didn't start a new pack, but instead haven't taken any for the past 7 days (sugar tablets). I'm due to start the new pack tomorrow, but i haven't had a period. Normally i get one on day 2/3 of the sugar tabs. I did a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative.
I've also had 2 blood tests showing elevated liver levels and i'm getting results for my 3rd test today.
Just to add a little more excitement i got thrush last Thursday and did a 3 day course of canestan cream which didn't clear it up 100%. Yesterday i was so itchy i couldn't help but scratch (through clothing) and noticed one side was really swollen. I checked with a mirror it was definitely swollen and very red on one side of my V and caused a great dealing of stinging while weeing. SORRY way TMI.
Today that "area" is a little better but still a little swollen and red. I've not had this with thrush in the past.
Just in case you weren't feeling sorry for me yet, i got news on Wednesday that my heart condition, which was considered recovered/healed 6 months ago, has declined slightly. My EF (left ventricular ejection fraction) was 60% in August 2012 and it's now 50-55% and the cardiologist wasn't confident to say "normal". So now i face the possibility of having to go back on the heart medication i just weaned off and will make future pregnancies extremely risky and would definitely require medication while pregnant.
I'm finding myself tired a lot too, but i'm not sure if it has to do with any of the above or simply from being a mum to 2 and working part time

Ok i think that's everything! And before anyone says "SEE your DOCTOR", i have an appointment today

TIA
