Life's not fair at times. So what?
I'm using a luvelo yogurt maker, following the instruction from A to Z, tried putting it on all sorts of timers and the milk still curdles! My kids won't eat it because it doesnt have that nice texture...

can someone pls help?

It's too hot. I had this trouble for a while and it took me a while to figure it out. With the weather, it must be getting too hot for too long. Do it overnight when it is cooler, and make sure the temp doesn't go over 37degrees. It's better to be slightly too cool than too hot. I don't use a yogurt maker, just a thermometer and a container in a small esky full of straw.

I have an Easiyo and am intrigued about the Luvelo which I haven't heard of before.. It sounds cheaper to make 1kg than Easiyo. Has anyone tried both?

I can't help with your specific curdling enquiry sorry.
