My washing machine has defied all my attempts and cleaning it with vinegar, hot cycles, etc, to get it to wash properly. I now suspect that something is broken. I'm tired of rewashing loads day after day.

Can anyone recommend a repair service in Melbourne? The last guy we had out was excellent, but it was years ago and I just can't find the receipt to tell me who it was (grrr at reorganising the paperwork - things get lost).
