I roasted a whole cauli last night for tea but we didn't end up using it..
How do I go about using it tonight for tea? This post has been edited by G.K: 22/01/2013, 03:18 PM |

I don't have the recipe on me but some combo of lentils, cumin and lemon juice with the cauli broken into florets is very nice.

It would be great in curry, or as part of a veggie pie. I love roasted cauli, your dinner will be better than mine tonight, that's for sure (think I'll be stuck eating at work...).

When steamed we use leftover cauliflower as a salad with olive oil, apple cider vinegar and seasoning. My Italian Nonna's recipe. Quite yum. Don't know how roasted would go. The first thing that came to my mind for you op was a soup. So many nice cauliflower soups.

I did a quick search and alot of soup recipes came up. Not sure what the weather is like where you are atm so soup may be a no no. Stinkin' disgustingly hot! But thankfully we have air con and could turn it down a degree or two and pretend it's cold out Thank you for the inspiration. I'm frantically googling soup and vege pie recipes to find one where I have most of the ingredients Never tried cauliflower soup before, is it tasty?
